By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any course offered through this Thinkific site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Use.

Educational Purpose

All courses offered through this site are independent educational resources intended for professional education, learning, review, exam preparation, and general informational purposes.

Course content may include clinical concepts, professional opinions, practice approaches, question banks, case discussions, medication information, compounded medications, off-label uses, dosing approaches, laboratory testing, protocols, clinical workflows, telemedicine practices, business operations, and emerging or evolving evidence.

The courses are educational only. They do not constitute personal medical advice, patient-specific guidance, legal advice, business advice, a prescription, or a substitute for clinical judgment, professional training, individualized patient evaluation, or consultation with an appropriately licensed professional.

Participation in a course does not establish a physician-patient relationship, consulting relationship, supervisory relationship, employment relationship, or other professional relationship between Dr. Sulagna Misra and the participant.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these courses are not accredited for Continuing Medical Education, Continuing Education, or any other professional credit.

Participants may encounter information or opinions that differ from their own education, professional training, institutional policies, or practice patterns.

Professional Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for determining whether and how any course information may be used in their professional practice, business, education, or personal decision-making.

Participants are responsible for:

• Independently verifying all medical, scientific, legal, regulatory, pharmacy, professional, and business information before relying on it
 • Exercising their own clinical judgment and completing an individualized evaluation of every patient

 • Confirming that any medication, compounded product, laboratory test, protocol, telemedicine workflow, or clinical approach is lawful and appropriate within their jurisdiction

Course participation does not replace medical school, residency, fellowship, board certification, supervised training, credentialing, legal review, pharmacy consultation, official examination materials, or any other formal education or professional requirement.

Compounded Medications, Off-Label Uses, and Emerging Information

Courses may discuss compounded medications, off-label medication uses, emerging therapies, and products that are not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for a particular indication.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products. Their availability, formulation, potency, ingredients, beyond-use dating, storage requirements, prescribing requirements, and legal status may vary by pharmacy, jurisdiction, and date.

Participants are responsible for independently verifying all product and prescribing information and complying with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, pharmacy requirements, labeling, storage requirements, and patient-specific safety considerations.

The inclusion of any medication, pharmacy, laboratory, company, product, platform, protocol, or service does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, prescription, guarantee of safety, or guarantee of any clinical or business outcome.

Scope, Accuracy, and Course Updates

Course information is current as of the date it was created, recorded, published, or last revised.

Medicine, clinical evidence, examinations, telemedicine, pharmacy practice, compounding regulations, product availability, professional guidance, technology, and applicable laws may change over time.

Dr. Misra may add, remove, correct, reorganize, or revise course questions, explanations, recordings, written materials, protocols, resources, formatting, and course structure when reasonably appropriate.

Reasonable efforts may be made to update course content. However, no guarantee is made that every lesson, recording, question, explanation, protocol, handout, resource, or recommendation will immediately reflect every new publication, examination change, regulatory development, product change, pharmacy update, legal development, or shift in clinical guidance.

Participants remain responsible for confirming that information is current before relying upon or applying it.

No Guarantee of Results

No guarantee is made that completing a course will result in passing an examination, obtaining or maintaining a certification, achieving a particular clinical outcome, improving a medical practice, producing income, obtaining employment, or achieving any other professional, educational, financial, or business result.

Examination content, testing standards, laws, regulations, professional requirements, products, and clinical guidance may change.

Individual and Non-Transferable Access

Course access is provided only to the individual purchaser or enrolled participant.

Participants may not share their account, login credentials, password, or course access with another person or organization.

Purchase grants one participant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the applicable course for personal educational use during the stated enrollment period.

Access may not be used to train employees, contractors, groups, practices, companies, or organizations unless a separate written license or group-access arrangement has been purchased.

Intellectual Property and Prohibited Use

All course content is owned by Dr. Sulagna Misra unless otherwise stated.

Protected course content includes, but is not limited to:

• Video and audio recordings
 • Written lessons and transcripts
 • Questions, answer choices, and explanations
 • Question banks and exam-style sets
 • Handouts and downloadable resources
 • Protocols and dosing frameworks
 • Laboratory panels
 • Clinical and business workflows
 • Slide decks and graphics
 • Worksheets and templates
 • Case discussions
 • Course structure, selection, organization, and presentation

Without prior written permission, participants may not:

• Copy, screenshot, photograph, screen-record, or audio-record course content
 • Download content unless a download is specifically provided
 • Share login credentials or permit another person to use their account
 • Reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, or upload course content
 • Upload course content to another website, platform, database, artificial intelligence system, social media account, shared drive, or file-sharing service
 • Teach, present, sell, license, summarize, adapt, translate, repackage, or create derivative educational materials from course content
 • Use course materials to create another course, question bank, presentation, protocol, product, service, or training program
 • Remove copyright, ownership, attribution, or confidentiality notices

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject the participant to legal action.

Course Access Period

Unless a different period is clearly stated on the applicable course sales or checkout page, course access lasts for 365 days from the participant’s enrollment date.

Access expires automatically at the end of the applicable enrollment period. Continued access after expiration is not guaranteed and may require a new purchase or renewal.

Failure to begin or complete a course during the access period does not extend access or create a right to a refund.

Thinkific’s enrollment-duration feature can automatically end access after 365 days when that duration is applied to the applicable course price.

Refund Policy

A participant who purchases a course but does not access any course content may submit a written refund request through the Thinkific course platform within seven calendar days of purchase.

No refund will be issued after the participant has accessed any portion of the course, including any video, audio recording, written lesson, quiz, survey, question bank, answer explanation, handout, protocol, downloadable file, or other course material.

No refund will be provided for unused access, partial completion, failure to complete the course, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, examination changes, failure to pass an examination, disagreement with or dissatisfaction regarding course content, loss of professional licensure, inability to use a particular protocol, changes in law or regulation, changes in product availability, or failure to use the course during the applicable access period.

Unauthorized sharing, copying, screenshotting, recording, reproduction, or distribution of course content may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

This refund provision is a placeholder pending final attorney review.

Course Platform and Technical Access

Course access is provided through Thinkific or another designated educational platform.

Participants are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, reliable internet access, a current email address, a secure password, and the ability to access the platform.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance, platform changes, or technical problems do not automatically extend the course access period.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in a course, the participant acknowledges that all clinical, prescribing, professional, legal, business, operational, financial, and educational decisions remain the participant’s responsibility.

Dr. Sulagna Misra is not responsible for any outcome resulting from the use, misuse, misunderstanding, modification, or application of course content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Sulagna Misra will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, professional, clinical, financial, educational, or other damages arising from participation in, access to, or use of any course or course material.

Termination of Access

Dr. Misra may suspend or terminate course access for violation of these Terms of Use, unauthorized account sharing, intellectual-property infringement, misuse of course content, fraudulent activity, harassment, unlawful conduct, or conduct that threatens the security or operation of the course platform.

Termination for a violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Thinkific site or course materials after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
